Transport Assistance, Inc.

We MAY BE A RELATIVELY NEW SERVICE PROVIDER, BUT WE'RE BUILT ON A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE!

Transport Assistance, Inc. was born in 2012 as a collaborative effort between Mr. Fred Cerny, Company President (on your right in our photo) and Mr. Brett Johnston, CEO (on your left). Our business was created to provide customers like you with safe, dependable, and timely passenger transport services.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Fred is an ASE Certified automotive mechanic with a degree in Electrical Engineering who has been the proprietor of Parma Car Care Specialists in Parma, Ohio since 1989 (and avid boat racer and enthusiast who captains of one of the fastest boats Lake Erie has ever seen!). A specialty of Parma CCS is the maintenance and repair of large vans, mid-sized trucks, and even school buses for local area fleet operators. The advantage that Transport Assistance has in this relationship with Parma CCS is that Fred, and his staff of ASE certified mechanics, are steadfast in their commitment to safety and reliability and have a thorough knowledge of Federal, State & Local commercial vehicle regulations. You can rest assured that Transport Assistance vehicles will be compliant, well maintained, repaired promptly, and NEVER be on the road in need of repair!

Brett has been in the passenger transportation service industry for almost 20 years and as a fleet customer of Fred's Parma Car Care Specialists since 2003 (and regional championship winning amateur sports car racer of some measurable talent - just ask him!). He has a bachelor's degree in Geography with a unique interest in cartography and logistics. He began his passenger transport career in the Transportation Department of the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities in 1997. Since leaving The County Board in 2003, Brett has remained involved with transporting individuals with developmental disabilities as a member of upper level management with other private sector transportation and residential providers. He understands the importance of reliability and customer satisfaction.

This unique partnership is not only built on 40+ years of management experience, but our commitment to the highest customer service standards possible. We have the expertise, knowledge, experience and desire to serve you. Please contact us at Transport Assistance, Inc. and let us prove these standards to you!
